ABOUT THIS ROLE:
Working at Benham Precision Engineering, you will be contributing to the manufacutre and delivery of complex and world leading engineering applications in various sectors including aerospace, defence and green energy.

Having invested in new technologies we have new vacancies within our organisation for Machine Operators. This role will largely involve supporting the automation within the business, building tools, deburring and verifying parts for conformity against drawing.
The ideal candidate will have experience in deburring and checking their own work and experience on a CNC machine tool of any make or programming language.
Based at our Southampton facility you will work:
- 38.75 hours as a basic week,
- Monday – Friday or there is also the opportunity to work your hours Monday – Thursday if desired.
- Overtime payable at 150% basic and at Management discretion
- 198 hours annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
